Terms of Service.
- BiggerBigs is a project of US Counts LLC, a Florida corporation.
- Although we reserve the right not to print any product, we do not assert any claim to any intellectual property rights to products printed to us, nor do we assume any responsibilty, liability, or offer a warranty of any kind for the products that we print on or what is printed on them.
- We reserve the right to use any designs produced with our service in any way.
- It is not our intent to violate anyone's copyright or related intellectual property rights. To protect these rights, we reserve the right to limit the copies of any shirt that we print.
- Unless otherwise specified, we don't provide volume discounts on products or on shipping.
- Generally speaking, we archive much of the work produced on this site. However, we are not responsible for any art that cannot be retrieved.
- Unless there are clear defects of the product or defects/errors of the print, no refunds nor returns will be allowed.
- If there is a defect in the product or in the actual printing, you may be required to provide proof of such defect, such as a photograph, and you may be asked to return the product at our expense. Whether we refund or replace will be at our discretion.
- If we send you the wrong print, we will print you another product with the same specifications as the one that you originally ordered.
- If you do not recieve your product (and provide us with timely notification) , we will refund your money.
- Refunds/replacements shall not be processed beyond 30 days after you receive your order--or beyond 60 days from the date you place your order, if you do not receive it.
- By using this product, you agree to settling any and all claims by a mutually agreed upon arbitrator in the State of Florida.
- The laws governing this agreement shall strictly be those of the State of Florida.
- If any provision of this Agreement shall be held or made invalid by a court decision, statute or rule, or shall be otherwise rendered invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
- We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. All parties agree to be bound by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
